Help Unable to access PlayStore from Chromebox

Hi all.

I'm testing an ASUS Chromebox 3 device. I am able to login with my GSUITE account. However, I can't seem to access PlayStore to download an specific application.

¿What am I missing?

Only certain Chromebook / Chromebox devices are play compatible. I know because mine isn't on the list.
