unable to add a google account

hi everyone...
i recently bought a samsung galaxy SI9003...initially i faced problem creating a google account...a factory settings restore helped me then and i was able to add a google account...Recently i changed my sim card...alll the problems started the moment i changed it...i wasnt able to login to my google account...i did a hard reset again...when adding a google account i get this message..your phone needs to communicate with google servers to set up your acount..this may take up to five minutes..after some time it shows another message...cant establish a reliable data connection to server...the browser on my phone is workin perfectly....without a google acount i'm not able to access the market...i tried the hard reset 5-6 times in vain....the youtube trick isnt working for me...please suggest me a solution...this problem is driving me nuts..

Your new SIM does not have data connection activated. Ask your service provider to enable data connection and then configure APN for that service provider.

That's all you need to do. There is nothing wrong with your set. If you don't want to have data connection on your new SIM, then you can use WiFi. This is because when you hard reset the phone, and add a Google account, it needs to communicate with Google servers to sync your contacts, calender and other things.
