Unable to call out Internationl with GV

I was wondering if anyone was having issues calling out to International numbers using GV. Before when I called out of country using GV, there would be a prompt that would tell me how much it cost per minute to call out and then connect me. Now when I dial the number a Verizon prompt comes on saying the call cant be completed as Dialed. I think there was a recent GV update that I got less than a week ago. I had no problems before the update.

Anyone else having this same issue?
