unable to change google play services location mode

Really need help. Already stuck for more than a week. I am using redmi 3 pro with android version 5.1.1 and had updated to MIUI 8 global 6.9.29. I need to change the google play service's location mode to high accuracy. I cant access or click the google play service' permission manager. I only can view it's setting thru google settings and it showed low battery use for google play services. I want to change to high accuracy. Can any expert guide me how to change ? Thanks in advance. My google play services version is 9.6.83. I cant access the permission manager. Thanks again

Although I am not sure about the exact solution to your problem, I think one solution to your problem is to try and turn off the location setting on your mobile.

I had tried that but is not working. My current google play service is set to low battery usage for location mode. I need to set to high accuracy mode but i cant access to permission manager.
