Unable to connect to network

Network is working fine, the tablet cannot connect to the network. Tried shutting down and restarting, re-entered the ip address and it says disabled. Does anyone know what I should try?

Hello and welcome to the forum. I assume you are using WiFi connection. There has been a lot of issues associated with WiFi not working the way it should. Unplug the router (if applicable) but prior to doing so, tap "forget network" and also restart the device. Remove and reinsert battery. After everything is back on - type back in your password -- voila! Your all good again.
