Unable to connect to wifi

I am unable to connect to wifi networks that require you use an account and password (work or school wifi networks) on any android device. I have tried it on a Google Pixel, a Samsung S8 and an S7 edge. When I use my credentials, it just says "unable to connect to xxx" How can I fix this?
Any help will be appriciated.

Welcome to Android Forums, ThSlipperyKraken! :)

I know this sounds silly, but are you sure you're supplying the correct credentials? For it to fail on three devices suggests something else is going on. Is it possible you're using incorrect case, like uppercase instead of lower?

I'm assuming other people are able to log in successfully. Have you tried on one of their devices? See if you can compare your network settings to those of a device that works; you may find the problem there.

Since these are work and school networks, you should be able to contact their support person/department if all else fails.

Also keep in mind that if you have incorrectly put in your credentials that you will want to toss that connection and set it up again. Android is famous for remembering your login and even though your try again it will input your original attempt to log in.

Thank you all for your help and prompt replies!
I guess I should have been more clear with this, but I believe it is an Android problem. I have tried this with pcs, laptops, iphones, ipads e.t.c. I believe the issue is with the "security method" and "security certificate". I am used to logging in to this network on an Apple device where it doesnt ask for this information. I am 100% sure with my credentials. I will be contacting my local support.
