Unable to contact an app provider

I keep getting SMS messages "Your uber code is xxxxx" where xxxxx is some combination of digits.
I get this several times a month. I user Uber to ride but am not a driver. Last time I rode was April.
I think someone hacked my account. I went to the app on my Pixel and did a send email but it goes to "noreply@uber.com".
And a response that nobody is monitoring that box. There is no way to contact Uber or the app maker to see what is happening and to see whether I have been hacked. Anyway to contact them?

Have you already logged into your online Uber account, via a web browser, and changed you password?
