Apps Unable to debug Thunderbolt with Eclipse

Newbie
I am unable to get my Thunderbolt to run with Eclipse. I am able to get it working with my Droid X so I think I have all the "Android" pieces there so it must be something with the drivers or the phone itself. When I connected the phone, I was prompted with a Verizon popup to install drivers. I have set my phone to usb debugging in the settings. I am using Windows 7 and have restarted my PC since installing the drivers. I notice on the TB there are 6 different connect to PC types and I think I have tried them all. This is a work PC so I don't want to install the entire HTC Sync software and couldn't find anywhere to download just the UDB drivers. Anyone else debugging their apps on TB with Eclipse and mind sharing how they got it working or what you have your settings at on the phone?

Thanks!

Just wanted anyone who might find this post on a search that I was able to get this working. I went ahead and installed Sync which installed the correct drivers and then just went back and uninstalled the Sync application and left the drivers. I also found that the Connect to PC mode that was needed was Internet Connection Mode.
