unable to download on unbranded tablet

Hi,

can someone help me. I have an unbranded tabled with 2.2 froyo. I bought it in China. But it seems that i can't download all the apps. Eventhough my system requirement should me sufficiant. I tried to install .APK files on my sd card or on my memory. But this didn't help either.

Can someone tell me how to unblock this or another solution?

I was contemplating buying a tablet from China- through ebay. But if I would have, like you, first thing I would do is...install a custom rom. I would suspect that you would have issues with their version of Android.

Try rooting, if you haven't done so.
