I have Galaxy S3 and I cannot download pics from my Gallery to my Lenovo Windows 8 laptop ( Lenovo G580 Laptop). I unchecked USB debugging mode and downloaded phone drivers as well. Please help me!

What happens when you connect your phone to your computer? When you drag the notification menu down, do you see a USB symbol? It should bring up this:
Go ahead and turn on USB storage.
If that does not work, you could install a cloud storage application like Dropbox which will allow you to upload your photos to cloud storage where you can download the photos on any computer. I hope this helps.

Good idea on the cloud storage. Most of them include automatic upload of photos. My sig conveniently includes links for free bonus space at a bunch of them.
