Welcome to the forum :)

To solve this we'll need to understand what happened. So what was it you installed just before this went wrong?

A factory reset should remove all user-installed apps, data and settings, so unless you are rooted (and hence can modify system apps) that really should have undone anything that a normal app install could do (a system update would be a different matter). So I do wonder whether the cause might be something else. Just as a precaution, can you remove the battery for a minute or two, to ensure that the semiconductors are properly discharged?

it was an app from unknown source for fast file sharing , as i installed it after some times apps gona crash, i also tried removing battery for 5 minutes but useless, and i also reset it in factory mode erased whole data but still it sucking

it is called zapya but i got it from unknown source instead of google play, it is to share files via wifi a very fast way to share instead of bluetooth

The app coming from a source other than the Play Store doesn't make any difference. However, it does matter whether it came from a trustworthy source: some app download sites contain a lot of apps which are infected with malware (as a rule of thumb, if a site offers paid apps for free you shouldn't trust it: if the site is happy to engage in one type of criminal activity, why assume it stops there?).

If problems only started some time after installation they might be unrelated (the longer "some time" is, the less likely). If the phone isn't rooted and problems persisted after a factory reset I'm inclined to think it isn't, and that it's just a coincidence. But apart from trying to reflash the entire phone (reload the system software using the manufacturer's official tools and software, if available) I can't think of much else. If you tell us what phone model we may be able to get help from someone who knows the handset.

From the Play Store description I can't see any hint that it would modify the system (system settings, yes, but a factory reset will clear that). Neither have I so far found other reports of problems after installing it.

it often gives error pakage file invalid, i tried to install manually by sending app to memory card tried to install this time error was app not installed, the big problem is even it is not getting connected with pc suite, i am using q mobile A-300,
