Unable to receive a call from one particular number. When the caller calls, he receives a dead line and I have no record of the call on my phone. The number is not on my blocked calls list, but if the caller enters *67 before my number, the call does go thru. Neither my carrier or his carrier can identify the cause of the problem.

The first thing you might want to do is to find out if it's a problem with your phone or the SIM card to do that, take out the SIM card and insert it into another phone. Now have your friend call this number if it doesn't go through then it's a problem with your sim card or Carrier.
