Help unable to record during call and speaker/earpiece mess up

Hi folks

I'm having a problem with my unrooted Galaxy Note 4. Sometimes when I want to record a clip it says "unable to record during call"; OK Google is not the issue as I turned it off completely.
This resolves when I restart and reappears in a couple of days.
Also, and it seems those two things happen at the same time, when I watch multimedia the sound will go through the earpiece rather than speaker. Wat do

Also, I tried to force stop any communication apps one by one. No result.
I once downloaded aptoide and I think another file downloaded itself alongside it (Dropbox tried to load it) but I couldn't find it afterwards and downloaded AVG but it found nothing. Sigh I'm an idiot

Hello and welcome!
I didn't realize that the Note 4 has call record? And that's one of the reasons I moved your thread into the Note 4 forum
Hopefully someone can chime in with your issues
