I've clicked every link I could find within the thread but no luck.

Am I missing something,

Hi James - not sure what device you're using but there should be a text window below the last comment. In the lower right corner is a big POST REPLY button, along with UPLOAD A FILE and MORE OPTIONS. What do you see below the reply? Can you screen shot it?
