Help Unable to restore whatsapp

Hi

I am unable to restore my whatsapp backup from google driver. It stucks on 20%-30% and says unable to restore. I have installed whatsapp and even updated my phone's firmware. I have seen that there are several topics already on this topic but I am creating it again because I didnt found the solution in old threads.

Try to download your backup from google drive to local storage, and then try to restore from local storage. Hope this solution would work for you.

Hi. Can you please share the complete procedure? How to download the backup from drive? and how to restore it ?
