Help Unable to root phone. Continues to FAIL!!!

So after I moved all of my phone data from my device to my laptop, I deleted the files on my android from the laptop. However, now I have none of my Camera files, among other things, that I had believed were safe on my laptop now.
Now I'm in the process of recovering my data, through the program Dr Fone on my PC and it seems to work great. I just have not been able to get passed the part where it analyzes my phone because rooting continues to fail.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus, through Verizon.
I've rebooted in recovery mode. My phone will not stop restarting itself when I'm in the middle of researching more info on this matter.

Dr Fone won't root your phone, despite what it claims. I also strongly suspect it won't recover whatever it is you're looking for either as the only people I've ever heard say good things about the app are shills paid to promote it.

What is it you're looking to do exactly? Root to recover data?

To the best of my knowledge, there is not a working root method for the SM-G928V.
If your photos were not backed up to the cloud with something like Google photos and you deleted them from the device, I don't think you will be able to retrieve them.
Sorry.

My cloud has been telling me it's 99% full most of 2016, but I never took the time to upgrade my space. Now I know.
Is there is anyway to basically recover the entire hard-drive at all?
Or maybe a way to recover temporary files that had been connected to my laptop while I had my USB charger plugged in during the transfer? Lol
I live far away from home and I had a lot of family visiting me during the holidays, so of course took many, many pictures. All of which are gone now. I've come to terms with it, but I am trying anything if there is a possibility.
