Unable to screenshot

In the last couple days, I have been unable to take a screenshot. It doesn't matter if I'm in Chrome, on my homepage, or on any app...I get an "Unable to take screenshot due to security".
I can't find any setting that would change screenshot settings. Any help would be appreciated!

Have you tried rebooting your phone and then try a screenshot?

3 times. And closed all apps and then rebooted again.

I've looked there, but don't see any settings for screenshots

How do you take a screenshot?

Go to System> Gestures and see if a new gesture is listed for a screenshot

Besides Power & Volume Down, on my Pixel I can simply push a page up and the option for a screenshot is at the bottom

It's always been vol down and power. Still does it, looks like it take the shot, and then I get the 'Unable to screenshot due to security' message at the bottom

So is the screenshot saved in photos or your gallery, even though that security message shows up?

Are you trying to screenshot a banking or financial app?

It's not saving anymore. The screen flashes like it's going to take, and then I get the message. And it's happening everywhere. Even on the home screen with no app open.
