'Unable to send tweet' message from twitter

Running Twitter App 5.41.0. on my Samsung Siii It's been running perfectly then recently gives me 'unable to send tweet' on EVERY tweet. No pics attached. Just plain text. Has anyone seen this problem if so, how to resolve.

I don't use the Twitter app but haven't had any trouble with Tweetings. Try clearing cache from the app and/or signing out and then back in.

I appreciate the response. Those are the first things I tried ... SOOOO frustrating !
