Unable to share camera pictures through apps like viber/what's app

Hi,
I have Samsung galaxy sII plus. If I want to share any pic clicked by its camera through viber or what's app or by gmail, it gives me an error- file not attached exception.cant crop image automatically.
Can you pls tell me a way how can I share my camera pics using these apps.
