Help Unable to transfer files to PC

My PC is windows 10. Every time I connect my Samsung Android mobile phone to my PC through USB , it detects the new device but it couldn't find out any new pictures or videos, and so it could not import to PC. However, it could find out all new pictures and videos almost instantly if it's iOS devices. Any way to solve this problem?

Yes I can still explorer the files by looking at the file directory but it's much less convenient for me.

Presumably the PC is finding new pictures and videos in your iOS devices because iTunes is installed on your PC and is set up to sync images with the device. So what you would need for something like this to work with your Samsung is some other app (because iTunes will only work with iOS) that you can set up to do something similar.

It might be worth seeing what software Samsung have. I don't use a Samsung phone, so can't say myself (actually I also don't use Windows, so have 2 reasons for not knowing).
