Help Unacceptable SE customer service in Australia

This is not an inquiry, it is only a warning to all potential customers in Australia. In summary, when your phone breaks down it is fixed (after a long and painful communication) with second hand parts, even during the warranty period.
My story: 4 months old phone died. Took 6 weeks, three visits to the authorised repairer (Fonebiz) to "fix it". 2nd hand untested parts used, I say untested because they give me the phone back and it obviously still has a problem. Sony Ericsson customer service arrogant and ignorant, I wrote (twice) full page detailing my problems and they come back asking me for the same info. I ask to be contacted by Customer Complaints Manager, and get a reply from some guy asking me again the same questions. I have never been treated with this much disrespect.
My revenge now is to enter at least 3 forum opinions per week for as long as this phone is available in Australia.

Sony, whatever the brand, whatever the product, will never buy, ever again...

(As a comparison, I fell and physically broke my iPhone and Apple replaced it, no questions asked, in 15 minutes).
