Uncertified device

Hi,
My device is uncertified and it is blocked by Google. Due to security reasons I am unable to use payment application.how to get rid of that?

It could be running Android but not a model that was certified for Google services (e.g. a lot of devices made for the Chinese market). In which case it's possible the answer is "buy another phone".

So I agree, knowing what phone it is is the first step.

A Lenovo A5000? The only one I know is Googleless and was made for mainland China market. That's definitely not certified for Google Safetynet, although FWIW it will work with Alipay and Tenpay. If necessary post the full model number of it.

Yes, Lenovo's own app store. In the absence of Google here, phones intended for China usually have app stores provided by the manufactures. Plus there's a plethora of third-party ones as well.
