Trying to work out your very poor images is a challenge. However it looks like the ubend which should simply unscrew both ends, take this off and check an o-rings have not been pinched and are sitting flat and that the pipe is nice and tight when reassembled. (Hand tight only)
Failing that take it off (clean it out first!) and head for Screwfix or your local plumb centre and say "I'd like one of these please!" and one of the ever helpful staff will assist. Shouldn't be too much of an issue if it is not exactly like yours as most pipework under the sink has some play in it.

Let me just add, as this is a bathroom sink space will be an issue. So if you need to replace it get an exact match. I misread and thought it was the kitchen sink.
Tip: whenever I reassemble pipework I will wrap some toilet paper below each joint, then fill the sink up with hot water and let it go keeping the tap on full. You will then be able to locate any leaks as the pipe expands under the heat.

It looks like your standard 1-1/4" P-trap. You can pick up the replacement kit at home depot for under $5. It would be best if you took the old one with you to make sure of the size, but powder/bathrooms usually use 1-1/4" and kitchen and utility sinks use 1-1/2". You might be able to simply tighten the collar. These things are designed to be hand-tightened. Don't use a wrench or you'll crack it.
Every post above offers sound advice. A replacement is your best route. A p-trap is cheap and easily installed.
If you have a desire to salvage what you have instead. You need to take it off and clean it well. Making certain there are no breaks in the o-rings or debris/scum build up that will prevent a good seal when reinstalling. Often a smear of vaseline or similar petroleum product will rejuvenate the o-rings and aid in making a good seal.

No need for plumber, that's within even my limited DIY skills to fix. Part fits on quite easily.
