Hi,
I am writting an app in which I am using voice-to-text.
The app works very well over all, but I am not exactly sure as to how does the voice recognition works in android.
Does the phone send the voice data to some sort of google server were they are analyzed, and then sending back the text?
P.S.
I know that there is also the "Offline speech recognition" in which I assume you download the language data locally and the analyzing of the voice clip is done locally as well. Is that correct?
I am trying draw the process in a diagram in order to explain how that works.
Any help is or pointing to the right place is welcome.
