Help Undo Always open with the same app?

After tapping a video/photo I will see a pop up asking me to select an app, open with [Just once] or [Always] (screenshot below)

If I selected an app and tap [Always], how to undo so [Just once] or [Always] will pop up again?

What is your favorite app to for viewing image and video? Thanks

Using Samsung Note 8.

Go into Settings > Apps (may be called "App Manager" on a Samsung). Select the app in question, look through its details and you should see that it's been set as the default app for some actions. Clear those defaults and you will be asked which app to use again.

(Can't be more precise in wording as Samsung rename everything and I don't have a recent Samsung to check on. But that's the general procedure).
