I have the Pantech Breakout. When I connect it to my computer I am able to simply drag folders labelled "Ringtones" and "Notifications" which contain mp3 files that will then be usable as the folders are labelled. Everything in the Notifications folder appears in the Notifications tab under sound. But occasionally one or both of these folders disappear. I have no idea what could be causing this. Has this happened to anyone else? Thank you.
