So I have an Alcatel one touch fierce android phone, and just today, all of a sudden my phone starts going crazy. It keeps on flashing these messages constantly,

  • unfortunately, google play has stopped working
  • unfortunately, t-mobile account has stopped working
  • unfortunately, facebook messenger, Kik, hangouts, google plus, etc. has stopped working
  • unfortunately, the process.android.process.acore has stopped working.
Its gotten to a point where i can't even navigate my phone at all. i can't click anywhere on the phone because these messages are blocking my way, and they pop up infinitely, and sometimes my phone will just shut down on its own. The problem was mild in the beginning, which was this morning, where it would only say messenger has stopped working, but everything else worked fine. As the day progressed, however, it would start popping up more messages and more until now i can't even use my phone at all. In the short period of time today where it has worked, I uninstalled some apps. However, after my phone crashes, these apps are still installed on my phone, and message notifications from yesterday, which i have already replied to and sent today, keep coming back on my phone. It seems as if my phone hasn't registered at all the things i do since it first stopped working this morning. These things include sending text messages to friends, uninstalling apps, etc.

Just an hour ago, I turned it on, and in the few moments before the "unfortunately" error messages repeatedly come on, i quickly navigated to settings and cleared the cache. It temporarily fixed the problem. Right after it started working again, i started texting my friend, and it seems after about 6 or 7 messages back and forth, i noticed first just a single error, saying google hangouts has stopped working, then 2 errors, and gradually, just a few minutes later, its crashing and displaying a never ending torrent of these error messages and i can't do anything anymore. I tried clearing the cache again multiple times but it doesn't do anything anymore. My phone keeps crashing, displaying error messages, etc.

Im wondering why it started suddenly doing this this morning. It was working perfectly fine just yesterday, and I didn't drop my phone or install any apps or anything. I just used a lot of data, like taking screenshots, messaging a lot, could that be the problem? Is my phone overloaded? My phone has 2 gb of data only, and im close to using up the entire storage. I readjusted the battery to make sure it isn't something physical on the phone, and it doesn't seem to be the case. What should i do to fix this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you for taking the time to read through this long message!

You could try a factory reset,I know it's a lot of work. But it does fix things like this sometimes.
  1. Back up all data on the internal memory.
  2. From the Home screen, tap the Recent Apps key to bring up the Menu.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Scroll down to 'PERSONAL,' then tap Backup and reset.
  5. Scroll down to 'Personal data,' then tap Factory data reset.
  6. Tap Reset phone.
  7. Tap Erase everything.

I was just saying about factory reset. But when the phone does not let you enter the settings you must do a hard reset using recovery mode.
Simple shut down your phone, press on the menu button, the power button and the volume up button together until your phone is on.Wait for a few seconds, and use the volume up and down button to move the highlight and power button to press.Click the reset highlight and after that click yes highlight.

I did the factory reset, but when it rebooted again, i still have all my apps, and i still get the same error messages.

I have that same problem too. I have factory reset my phone multiple times and even got a brand new one of the same model. I still have the same problems. You can hold power+volume up button to factory reset your phone.
