Help unfortunately, google keyboard has stopped on my nexus 10

of course it's out of warranty...when it reboots it goes back to the same screen...once i click on english the message pops and i can't go any further..unable to get to settings or anything else.
samsung says it's a know issue

anyone had any luck resolving this?

When you say it goes back to the same screen after reboot, what screen do you mean? Did you reset the device?

Thank you so much for the reply. After rebooting it comes up to have me choose english then goes to listing of wi fi connections but the error message "unfortunately google keyboard has stopped"comes up, Every time I click ok it comes up again and I can't go any further. Samsung helped me try to reset to factory reset but it still does the same thing. They said I could send it in to be "flashed" ?
