Help Unfortunately, Hangouts has Stopped - LG Motion 4G

Hangouts is working fine but as soon as I install Hangouts Dialer, it crashes. Unfortunately, Hangouts has Stopped is all that I get. No sense in Reporting it to Google because they don't get back to you. Anyone else having this problem? Any Suggestions?
