Okay, I have the LG Optimus F3 by Metropcs. My problem is that whenever I try to open the settings, it says "Unfortunately Settings Has Stopped". I've done some research and people have said that a factory reset may work, and I already did it so it's basically new right now, but settings doesn't open and keeps crashing still. Please give me some ideas/tips that have worked for you or may work for me.
