Help Unfortunately, System UI has stopped, Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 lite

I think I've narrowed down the reason why, the Jelly Bean 4.2.2 OS, Samsung tab 3 lite 7" is having issues with the System UI. It's to do with my SanDisk Connect (Wireless), app, on the internal memory. However, is there any way ppossible to reinstall the app (SanDisk Connect), after erasing it from all apps in the app menu screen? 'Cause, (It didn't used to do this...), Unfortunately, system UI has stopped...: Used to work just fine starting and, quitting the program, both. Now, every time..., I get that stupid, and annoying error. Is there anyone who may be of some assistance, please?! Thanks, in advance, greatly appreciated!

Go to settings >storage>cached data>clear cached data .
Go to settings>storage>apps/ appication manager> all>Google play services clear data.
Go to settings>storage>apps/ appication manager> all>Google> force stop clear data uninstall updates and update from Google play store.

This remove all widgets and shortcut from home screen and revert to default launcher.
 
I'm also having troubles with the voice to text Google search function with the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite (same as before) ...with the system UI error that you helped solve - thanks by the way: I did those instructions [above listed], and, it seems to be working normal - for now. Every time I try to use the voice search app, a black bar with white text appears at close to the bottom-center of the screen saying, "lost focus", ...and it won't do the search. Therefore: I end up having to type what I need to search with the on-screen keyboard. It's not that bad: but, it is 'irritating' 'cause, it's a tablet and, I thought all along, you could speak your search keywords into the interface to do the Google search. I'd like to use it that way, if possible.
