I have uninstalled my preinstalled apps in lenovo a6000. and my phone is not rooted and there is no back up is there any way i can get back those apps? If yes please help me with the solution.

Sure you didn't just disable them if it's not rooted? What were the pre-installed apps? If you can find them on Google Play, e.g. Facebook, that's not a problem, just re-install them. If it was apps specific to Lenovo and this phone, might have to contact Lenovo about that. May even involved re-flashing the manufacturer's firmware to restore them. Have a look in Lenovo's app store see if anything is there, as long as it wasn't the Lenovo store itself you removed. Some pre-installed stuff (bloat) can sometimes be removed without rooting, others requires root.

Hi Thanks for this, i didn't disabled them but when i am installing again it is eating my internal storage. And i have un installed a game which is useful for me but it is aroung 1.55 gb in play store. I want that back with out taking any storage in my phone is there a way for this.

The phone came with a 1.55 GB game? If you uninstalled it along with the other stuff, they're gone, and they have to be re-downloaded again. There are ways to backup things that are installed, Helium can be used and doesn't require root. But if they're installed, it will take-up storage on the phone, and that Lenovo doesn't have too much internal storage, 8GB. The SD card is for media really, music, movies, photos, etc.
