Hi,
I have a droid Maxx running 4.4.4 and I am unable to see certain Unicode characters on the web and in apps such as Anki (a flashcard program). These characters are mostly international phonetic alphabet symbols but it is impossible for me to learn these new languages if I can't see the characters. Do I need to root my phone? Can I install a new font? What should I do?
