uninstall internet explorer

Internet browser installed on Samsung Galaxy tablet. When I launch the internet browser the tablet reboots. Is there a way to uninstall and reinstall the browser? I installed the Firefox app and it seems to be working, then deleted the browser icon. Is there a way to uninstall the program; then perhaps reinstall?

Hi and Welcome to AF, in order to remove stock apps (system apps) you need to root your device, but since the stock browser is a stock app, it is not recommend to delete such apps, since you did mention Firefox is working for you i would recommend you use it as you default browser and just leave the browser that is giving you trouble.
