Help Uninstalled all updates for google play services

Accidentally uninstalled all uodates for google play services, it wont automaticly update, cant open google play store, or any apps other then Insragram as well as chrome. Google play services apk didnt do anything and got a parsing error for google play store. Im desperate need help.

Is it possible for a Factory reset , then all pre-installed system apps come back.
If the device is not rooted.

A factory reset does not effect the system partition which is where google play services can be found. Have you tried the Google settings.
