Help Uninstalled app get installed again resulting other unwanted apps installed automatically

I try to uninstall an app "com.android.gesture.builder" but it gets installed again and again. Because of that app, others app are being downloaded and installed automatically which is really annoying. I do factory reset of my mobile but it doesn't get rid of the problem.
How can i get rid of this problem?
