Uninstalling documents to go

I want to uninstall Documents to Go... since it is only good for viewing word, excel and power point files. I never use those on my phone, but I DO view PDFs, which I would have to buy the full version to view...

Since I'm not paying that much to use an app and it is not an app that can be moved to the SD card, I want to uninstall it. Is there any way to do this other than rooting my phone?
