Sorry, I had problems following this so I've converted it into English...

You can uninstall system apps through Titanium Backup * Root. You will need your phone to be rooted, before following these steps for uninstalling apps safely:

1. Install Titanium Backup Root
2. Take a backup of the whole phone including system apps
3. It's better if you save the backup in your PC: it will be in the Titanium Backup folder on sdcard
4. Go to Titanium Backup and open the list of apps in the Backup/Restore tab
5. Select the app you want to uninstall (tap) and click uninstall. Your phone may reboot.

WARNING: Uninstalling some system apps may prevent your phone from functioning correctly, if at all. Proceed at your own risk. Following the above steps means that in the event of any problems you are able to reinstall removed apps and restore functionality. For best results, remove one app at a time, reboot and use the phone for a day or two before uninstalling the next one to ensure you don't lose any functionality.

You can also 'freeze' apps rather than uninstalling them using the Pro version of Titanium Backup.

What do you mean by won't work? Freezing apps will not delete the apps, but only "pauses" them and hides them from the launcher...

Titanium Backup is not very good at uninstalling system apps, it doesn't always work.
Best way is to manually delete an app from the system/app directory using any root explorer app. App will be gone, guaranteed.
