uninstalling then reinstalling apps

hi install and uninstall, and sometimes reinstall a lot of apps. is uninstalling then reinstalling good to the android system? or can doing it too much mess things up?

also, apps i've uninstalled, i use astro to then delete the folder of the app that i've just installed. is it okay for me to do this as well? i do it to make sure it's definitely cleared off.

It's fine. It won't physically harm the phone, nor will it cause your phone to become fragmented like Windows does when you uninstall programs.

Absolutely fine. Just make sure you uninstall the app first, then delete the folder on the sd card. Most apps will leave it's folder on the sd card so in case you want to re-install that app, your data will still be there. But it's perfectly ok to delete that folder if you want to.
