Google's new VR platform called Daydream VR will have some nice support behind it at launch. The company announced that they have gotten both Unity and Unreal Engine on board.
Unity and Unreal Engine are 2 of the biggest mobile game development platforms available. Having Daydream available on both ensures developers can use the tools they're already familiar with to make for some interesting VR experiences without having to learn entirely new platforms.
