universal car mount with charger?

Im looking for an universal car mount for my evo 4g with otterbox defender (unless there is one for evo 4g otterbox) with a built in charger. There is one made from amzer, but since the mount is held from the cigarette lighter, im afraid it may move around since my phone is a little heavy in its case.

Any ideas?

Its located toward the top of my radio. Like, lined up with the bottem of my steering wheel

This mount sticks out so I didn't know if it would get in the way of your gears or steering wheel. My friends lighter is on the passenger side so it doesn't bother her too much.
