Hi,

My idea is pretty straightforward: I'm looking for an app that runs in the background and is capable of backing up any text message I receive on my phone. The same people message me sometimes in a text sometimes on WhatsApp or Facebook or elsewhere.
I'm now using a separate back-uper which let's me backup my text messages and WhatsApp to my Gmail inbox, but that's very cluttered and divided.

It should be one app which saves all messages from a person from any messaging platform installed on your phone into one chronological thread per person as soon as you've received it. So you'd get a chat like view where you see all messages with a tag next to it to see on which platform you received it, what time and date, etc.
The trick would be to link all the various profiles of one person into one interwoven thread.

Maybe I'll try to make some very basic mockup picture to explain myself better.

A possible extention of this app could be a Facebook plug-in i.e. so even when you're not chatting on your phone the thread still gets updated in an orderly fashion.

If you've got any suggestions, a mockup of your vision of what this could be or you're a programmer who could pull this off: please feel free to make this!
You've got your first beta tester right here!

Less important: why I want this?

I switch Roms quite often and from time to time I need to look up again what someone once said to me. But this is a pain in the but most of the time because I never know where I've got the message and not every platform gets backed up.
