Help Unknown Blue 45 Icon

All of a sudden I have a round blue icon with the number 45 on my Galaxy S3 screen.
Does anybody know what the heck this is?
I've tried opening it, but nothing happens, and I can't find it in Application Manager.
Last update I received was for something called "Samsung Security Update"

That looks like a widget showing your remaining battery life - an inaccurate one by the looks of it. If you're on a fairly recent launcher you should be able to drag it to the "Remove" button that should show towards the top of the screen after you start dragging it.

Found it. I did a hard reboot of the phone and the shortcut began working again. It's "All-in-One Toolbox".
