Help Unknown Error

Hi everybody! I have a LG Apex and I am getting an "unknown error" when I try to download pics off of my yahoo email account. When somebody sends me pics as an attachment on an email, I try and open it and get this message..... Didn't have the problem before. Just started happening????

Any suggestions out there? thanks

Have you tried clearing the data and cache associated with the Yahoo app though? That might solve it.
