Unknown notification symbol

I am trying to find what app a certain notification symbol comes from. It is. A small white burst similar to the one attached. There's also one that is black and white and 1/2 of it has a black profile Any ideas??

If it's truly a notification, then simply pull done the notification bar and long-press that notification. It will tell you which app sent it.
