Help Unknown Phone - Launcher / Requesting Help Identifying

Xruptor

Android Enthusiast
Hi there! I've recently come across this image and I can't for the life of me figure out what phone this is or even the launcher it has. The launcher seems rather unique to me as I've never seen anything like it. It seems to be a custom notification drawer and has custom lock screen icons on the bottom right. I've been trying to figure out what it is and I just can't seem to find any information on it. Even the images name doesn't provide any assistance.

Does anyone know what interface/launcher is being used or even the phone model and make? Was this interface a design concept or is it fake? I just can't place it and I've looked everywhere for it as I really do like the design scheme on it. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

The logo is from devs-lab.com and this is the article the picture is in:
https://devs-lab.com/top-10-best-android-launchers.html

It might be one of those 10.

Thanks so much for your reply! I took a look at the website and none of the launchers seem to be the one in the picture. However, upon further review of the comments someone apparently asked the same question. Apparently it's an launcher called Themer. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mycolorscreen.themer

It's not really developed anymore which is a shame, but the author of the article did confirm that it's Themer.

I've tried Themer, was a good concept but messed up too much
