Unknown reason - 18

Hello,

I am not very cell-phone savvy, and I apologize if this issue has been posted already, but half the applications I try to install don't work. They download successfully, but at the end of installation, I get the ! error message, which reads "Installation Error: Unknown reason - 18." I'm missing out on tons of fun and handy apps because of this. Can anyone tell me how to fix it?

When I have had this happen to me I had to turning off my SD card and then do the install.
I can then turn on SD card again and everything (the download included) work.
