Unlock effect on preloaded content

Unlocking a device will wipe it completely. You'll want to backup all files (especially media) before going forward. It's also advisable to do it asap as it's less of a hassle to get the files back on your N7.
 
I plan on powering on the device, going in to the Play Store and ensuring my credit, movie, book, magazines, and music are there. To double check, I will make sure I can see them on my phone; I called a rep and right after you enter the Store for the first time all items are added to your account so should be visible on all devices. Then I plan on unlock the device. Then I will reboot, take the OTA, then flash CWMR, then root. :)
