If you have signed in to market with your gmail, before you locked yourself out, then you just need to enter wrong patterns until your asked for your email.
Failing that I doubt anyone else will give you much help as theres no way of knowing if the phone is really yours or not, this would generally be why "i forgot my unlock pattern" posts don't get many replies, or much info. The idea being, if its your phone, then you'll know the email to login with, past that, good luck.

To fix this type your e-mail and then null as the password and that should work, that's how I did mine
