My nephew tried to figure out my pattern without my knowledge and he locked my phone. My gmail username and password don't work, although I it works when I log in online at gmail.com. I can't remember if reset the password or not.

Please help! I don't want to do a master reset.

Hi, do you have 2 step verification activated? If yes, turn that off and see if it makes a difference.

Are you sure you linked the same gmail account to your phone as you're using to log in via the web?

Also, does your have an internet connection? AFAIK, you need an internet connection for the unlock to work.
